Qual é a diferença entre slam ball, bola medicinal e wall ball?
As slam balls têm Ø 22 cm, pesam de 5 a 30 kg e são em borracha texturizada para lançamentos ao solo, sem ressalto. As bolas medicinais têm Ø 24 a 32 cm, também em borracha texturizada. As wall balls têm Ø 35 cm, pesam de 3 a 12 kg e são em PVC macio de 1,5 mm, próprias para lançamento contra a parede.
