Que níveis de resistência têm as bandas elásticas?
Existem três níveis, identificados por cor e espessura: leve em amarelo com 0,7 mm, médio em vermelho com 0,9 mm e pesado em preto com 1,1 mm. Há ainda bandas circulares com resistência equivalente a 9 kg e a 18 kg.
Qual é a diferença entre banda plana, loop e elástico com pegas?
As bandas planas têm 2,2 cm de largura e servem para mobilidade e reabilitação. Os loops têm 8 cm de largura e usam-se sobretudo em trabalho de pernas e glúteos. Os elásticos com pegas ajustáveis medem 2 m, são em borracha e nylon com revestimento em tecido, e permitem exercícios de tração e pressão.
