Como funciona a resistência nos ergómetros?
A maioria usa resistência a ar, que aumenta conforme a intensidade do próprio utilizador. O Wind Rower combina os dois sistemas: ar nos níveis 1 a 10 e magnética nos níveis 11 a 16.
