HOW GOFLO WORKS

GoFlo Trainer is not a conventional exercise device: it combines four resistant springs, two comfortable hand supports, two adjustable straps, a pulley system and stirrups/grips for the feet, hands or torso, and endless ways to use it!

You can also attach it outdoors around a solid tree trunk, on the outside of a closed door at home, connect it to the ceiling, or to specific gym supports.

The GoFlo offers you a wide variety of incredible exercises by slightly modifying the straps and body position.
