Wooden rings allow athletes to take advantage of the benefits of suspension training using their own body weight and hone their gymnastic skills. Rings can dramatically improve balance and upper body muscle strength.

Each set includes two wooden rings and two black nylon straps with buckle systems for quick and easy adjustment. It also includes small Velcro straps to secure any excess strap when needed.

Ensure the accessory is fully secure before performing the exercise.

WARNING Wooden rings can be used indoors or outdoors when weather permits. They should never be stored outdoors or used in rainy weather.
