Functional ropes are used by most athletes who practice CrossFit®. They allow for a cardiovascular workout while simultaneously developing explosive movement, strength, and muscular endurance intensely, and improving coordination. They are made from braided nylon with rubber-coated handles to provide the comfort and grip an athlete needs when performing exercises and to prevent premature wear of the rope.
